Sounds like you have a Hybrid drive just its not being used.

Printing Windows key + Ten
Click Disk Direction
Could yous take a screenshot then mail it in a reply hither?

If the D: drive is larger than C:, I would attempt division the drive.

Name one Division 'Files' and the other 'Apps'.

Open the Files division, create a folder and proper noun it: ShamilaCharania

Printing Windows key + R
Type: %userprofile%
Hit Enter

Right click your Documents folder
Click Properties
Select the Location tab
Click Motion
Browse to the Files partition we created earlier then select ShamilaCharania folder.

Echo the same steps for other folders such as Pictures, Videos etc.

Open up Commencement > Settings > System > Storage
Under More than storage settings, click 'Change where new content is saved'

In New apps will salve to list box, cull the 'Apps' partition we created earlier.

Open up Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & Features
Select any big app you take downloaded from the Windows Store
Click Move, choose the 'Apps' sectionalisation
